Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of PropWasp websites, dashboards, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using PropWasp, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

PropWasp is a transaction platform for residential and commercial real estate. It helps buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, title companies, notaries, and other closing professionals coordinate listings, offers, documents, financing, and closing tasks. PropWasp is a technology provider. We do not replace a licensed broker, lender, attorney, or title company unless a licensed professional on the platform is separately engaged for that work.

2. Accounts and roles

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You are responsible for activity under your account, including Google sign-in. Choose the role that matches your work. Misrepresenting your license, identity, or authority is prohibited.

3. Documents and e-sign

Listing agreements, disclosures, purchase agreements, counters, and closing documents may be generated, stored, or signed in PropWasp. You are responsible for reviewing documents before you sign and for complying with applicable state and federal real estate law. Electronic signatures you apply are intended to be legally binding to the extent permitted by the ESIGN Act and Uniform Electronic Transactions Act.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to submit false listings, forge signatures, upload malware, scrape other users’ data, harass anyone, or violate fair housing, privacy, or anti-fraud laws. We may suspend accounts that create risk for other users or the platform.

5. Fees

Creating an account is free. Some professional or transaction features may become paid. Any fees will be disclosed before you are charged.

6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is.” PropWasp does not guarantee that a listing will sell, a loan will fund, or a closing will complete on a stated date. To the fullest extent allowed by law, PropWasp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do.
