This Privacy Policy explains how PropWasp collects, uses, and shares personal information when you use our websites and transaction tools.

1. Information we collect

• Account data: name, email, role, company details, and password or Google sign-in identifiers.
• Transaction data: listings, offers, purchase agreements, loan requests, inspection and appraisal records, title files, and closing documents you upload or create.
• Usage data: device, browser, pages viewed, and cookies needed to keep you signed in.

2. How we use information

We use personal information to create your account, route documents to the right parties, send notifications and password-reset emails, improve the Service, and meet legal or security obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Google sign-in

If you choose Continue with Google, Google shares your name, email, and verification status with PropWasp so we can create or sign you in. We do not receive your Google password. You can disconnect Google access from your Google account settings.

4. Sharing

We share information with other parties on a transaction when you invite them or when the workflow requires it (for example, an agent, lender, inspector, or title company). We also use infrastructure providers such as hosting, email, and document storage to operate the Service. We may disclose information if required by law or to prevent fraud or harm.

5. Cookies

PropWasp uses cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, remember your role, and protect the session. You can block cookies in your browser, but sign-in and dashboards may not work.

6. Retention and security

We keep account and transaction records for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet record-keeping duties, then delete or anonymize them when they are no longer required. We use industry-standard safeguards, but no method of transmission is completely secure.

7. Your choices

You may update profile information in your dashboard, request a password reset, or email us to correct or delete account data where the law allows. Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional privacy rights; contact us to exercise them.

8. Children

PropWasp is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
